Mobile Application 13.1 Data Collected by the RackWorks Android App The RackWorks mobile app ("App") accesses the same account and service data described in Section 2, used to display your services, invoices, and account information on your device. In addition, the App collects: Device Identifier and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token: used solely to deliver push notifications to your device, such as VM status changes, billing alerts, and security alerts. This data is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SSH Credentials: if you choose to use the App's SSH Terminal feature and save a password or private key for it, that credential is stored only locally on your device, encrypted using AES-256 encryption. SSH credentials are never transmitted to, or stored on, RackWorks servers. They are permanently deleted from your device when you log out of the App or uninstall it. 13.2 Push Notifications You can disable push notifications at any time through the App's notification settings or your device's system settings. Notification history is retained for up to 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. 13.3 Payment Processors Payments made through the App are processed by the same third-party payment processors described in Section 4 (Stripe, PayPal, and Cash App Pay, the latter processed via Stripe). 14.
