Protect your data with automated backups via the portal and CLI.

  1. Log into the Client Portal and navigate to your service.
  2. Click the Backups tab on your service page.
  3. To schedule automatic backups, select a frequency from the Automatic Backup Frequency dropdown (Daily, Weekly, etc.) and click Save Schedule.
  4. To take an immediate backup, click the Run Now button.
  5. Each backup in the list shows the date created, file size, schedule, and filename. Use the Restore button to roll back to that backup, or Delete to remove it.

Note: Backups are full VM disk snapshots. Large disks may take several minutes to complete — do not power off your VM while a backup is in progress.
