Each Windows RDP VPS ships with a genuine Microsoft evaluation edition of Windows Server, valid for 180 days from deployment. It is not a permanently licensed copy, and it is not a pirated or cracked build. Evaluation editions are a standard, fully supported Microsoft distribution method.
The evaluation period expires and you become responsible for licensing the operating system yourself, either by purchasing a Windows Server license and applying it to your VPS or migrating your workload elsewhere. RackWorks does not automatically renew, replace, or re-image the evaluation license for you.
